Passat 17 February, Cultural Action in Valencia (ACPV) was forced to cease emissions of TV3 in Valencia, after 26 years. Aquest time during, TV3 had become a standard television offer in Valencia, which has been distinguished by its quality and for being one of the few deals in Catalan audiovisual.
However, President Francisco Camps decided, ara fa anys four, opened a series of administrative proceedings against the entity responsible for these emissions, Cultural Action, which has resulted in a long political persecution and economic. October passat d'months, the company already had to pay 126.943,90 euros to pay a fine first, and now faces fines totaling close to two 800.000 EUR (which has already paid 130.000), a quite disproportionate amount for a nonprofit cultural association continuity which can jeopardize.
During these four years, Cultural Action has made clear the broad support for TV3 in Valencia, until the success of the event from the past 16 April in Valencia. In this sense, cal article further remind them 651.650 signatures collected by the People's Legislative Initiative (ILP) Television without Frontiers "to legalize the receipt of all televisions in the whole Catalan linguistic domain, and could now enter parliamentary procedure in Congress Spanish.
