Passat 17 February, Cultural Action in Valencia (ACPV) was forced to cease emissions of TV3 in Valencia, after 26 years. Aquest time during, TV3 had become a standard television offer in Valencia, which has been distinguished by its quality and for being one of the few deals in Catalan audiovisual.

However, President Francisco Camps decided, ara fa anys four, opened a series of administrative proceedings against the entity responsible for these emissions, Cultural Action, which has resulted in a long political persecution and economic.
